Existing Designs

To order an existing design, just enter the Design name (found by clicking the photo in the gallery) along with the requested cup color in the personalization box on the order form. Your cup will be engraved and sent out in 2-5 business days.

Custom Designs

A custom design engraved cup is truly a unique gift. Whether it is a name, your logo or artwork I can make your ideas a reality!

If you know what you want, enter your details and requested cup color in the order form. Simple logos or text take 2-5 business days. Custom artwork takes 2-3 weeks.

What's the process for a custom design?

Usually I like to get pictures, quotes or any ideas of what you'd like included. I will create a rough draft and send it to you within a few days for feedback. Once you're happy with it, I will draw the artwork and send it for your approval. Then I will add in fillers and text if you wanted any and send you a final proof. Lastly I test your design and engrave your cup. The whole process takes about 2-3 weeks.

Can I send in a cup?

Yes! If you have a cup already, I will refund the cost of that kind of cup from your order. Just send me message before ordering.

Are your cups Authentic?

Always! High end cup brands do not wholesale (unless you're a big store) so I don't keep stock. When you place an order I will purchase your cup, verify it is authentic and free of any blemishes, scratches and dents.

How long will it take?

Laser engraving of existing desings, text or logos will take 2-5 days depending on the complexity of the design and amount of orders I have. Custom artwork will take 2-3 weeks.

Can I personalize or modify an existing design?

Yes! If you love an existing design but want to modify it or add a name, just send me a message. Personalization is $15 and could add 2-3 days to processing time.

Can I use a different font?

Definitely! Just send me the font and I can use it

What file type is needed for a logo?

For most logos any photo will do; however for more intricate logos or those with text SVG or DXF may be needed. You can send me what you have and we can go from there.

Can you engrave a photo?

Unfortunately this is not something that I have perfected yet. I will soon though.

What colors do you have?

Since I purchase your cup when you order, you can choose any cup color that is currently available. If you want a color that is out of stock, special order, or no longer available, please send me a message and we can see if I can get it and what the cost will be
