If you saw something in my design gallery that you liked, please select "Design Gallery" from the Design option and write the name of the design in the Personalization box as well as the color of the cup you want. I will purchase the cup, laser it and send it out to you in 1-5 business days**

If you're ordering a name or logo, please provide as much detail as possible when ordering. Logos can be sent to my email (ArtesaKC@gmail.com). When ordering a full wrap, enter a short description in the Personalization box as well as the color cup you want. Please also send me a message so we can discuss what you have in mind. Send me pictures, quotes, and any thing you would like to be included.
You will receive proofs for review over the next few business days. Once you love it, I will test burn, finalize and send your special gift to you. The whole process usually takes 1-3 weeks.

When you order, I will purchase the cup you requested and get started customizing it for you. High end cup brands do not wholesale unless you're a large store, so I don't keep stock of them. I will always purchase new, verify its authenticity and make sure that it is in perfect condition--no scratches or dents. If your cup is not available in stores, I will search for one from a reseller and I may contact you if there will be a delay in processing or an increase in price. If you have a cup you'd like to send me, please send me a message to arrange shipment. I will refund the value of the cup from the cost of your order.
