Love it! Policy (Returns)

My goal is that you love your purchase.  Our items are meant to be treasured special gifts for your loved ones (yourself included).  My family and I put a lot of attention, care and consideration into every step of the process--from selecting quality products and creating the designs to fabrication and packaging.

All of our items are custom made to order just for you; therefore we do not accept returns.  However if we goofed something up, we definitely want to make it right!
